•Draft and review different types of contracts related to Lease contracts for stores- apartments, warehouses, sites, franchise agreements…etc conducted in both the English and Arabic languages, and legal opinions, advise on incorporation of companies and required governmental approvals …etc.

•Negotiate, prepare and review all contracts concluded and signed with the company. This includes all departments contracts such as marketing, retail, human resources…etc, Also include all outsource contracts with other companies providing services to the company.

•Assisting in all lawsuit held by company or against, such as” IPR – Employment- Commercial- Taxation -Customer Lawsuits – Civil sites … etc”

•Assisted in various arbitration cases, Such as which were raised from Fujistu Service LTD and against Company in respect termination of the service contract that was conducted between the Plaintiff with no right on the ground that they didn't breach any article of the contract. They request for 3000,000.- LE to compensate the damages, The arbitration award was rendered in favor of Company


•Assisting in any issue related to Intellectual Property Rights, such as provide other departments with advice considering trade marks for new services – products they want publish , make unofficial search and apply for registration if possible and requires “Such as
- 3G Broad Band (E&A).... Etc “

•Also assist our group in case that the business is considering using any the name for a new international product. And checking whether this is clear to use in your countries.


•Provide appropriate responses for all questions and inquires raised by any of the company departments and branches in relation to any legal issues.

•Study and fully comprehend to new laws, decrees and regulations and ensure full awareness and compliance by all subordinates. Prepare a report covering any new law that affects the company’s business and operations.
