CURRENT POSITION;

The main process consist of :

GAS DEHYDRATION:
Atmospheric gasescompressed incompressor and sent to gas dehydrator.
De-hydration of gas is done by using TRI ETHELYNE GLYCOL at 42 bar pressure. Dry gas from outlet of contactor is further compressed to 140 bar Water rich glycol is regenerated in regeneration package.

GAS SWEETNING:

Sweetening of HP gas by METHYLE DI ETHANOL AMINE of 45% concentration as H2S absorber. The fuel gas treatment unit consist of H2S absorber and regenerator system.
Sweetened gas is used as fuel in gas turbine supplied by GE GAS TURBINE OF FRAME 5 .This gas turbine is used to drive 4 STAGE feed gas compressor of NOVO PIGNON make.
Waste heat from the exhaust of the gas turbine is recovered by hot oil circulation, which is to be used as heating media in re-boilers and heaters in various sections of OAG unit.

In addition to this, OAG also have its own utility like Instrument air, Nitrogen generator, Oily water handling unit, Hot oil supply system .
