Responsibilities
„X Reporting to the Project Manager and Corporate Controller, heading a team of 5 Employees
„X Controlling project¡¦s petty cash and cash sales cycle; managing total financial and cost accounting including: AR, AP, GL, Forecasting Budgeting etc; handling accounts and ensure their timely closing
„X Managing cost control & pricing of several items on contracting sector (Equipments, Manpower, External works & Preparing a Pricing system for Asphalt & Concrete)

„X Developing procedures; accurately implementing records, classification and summary of daily transactions.
„X Planning, executing monthly closing processes / procedures for use of assigned records.
„X Evaluating receipts, expenditure forms, purchase orders and disbursement orders and ensuring compliance with established regulatory standards. Verifying reports, invoices, receipts, balances in accordance with department procedures.
„X Developing, implementing, modifying, documenting records; maintaining internal control; ensuring effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
„X Complying with procedures, establishing tight control over petty cash transactions
„X Completing tasks of the Finance Dept within deadlines on a monthly /annual basis, supervising/ reviewing work carried out by subordinates on a daily basis including all production reports.
