Job responsibility: Responsible to manage, supervise and control operator work teams engaged in Delivery HSD, CSL and MFO loading to tank truck, disc

• Present As Head Of Tank Terminal PT. AKR Corporindo TBK, Leading Distribution Petroleum energy and Chemicals company

• Supervise by inspection of all working areas of the terminal at regular intervals through-out the shift. This will include the Tank Terminal.
• Co-ordinate and communicate with Ship master, the pilot, Pelindo – stevedores, shipping agents and other external company for timely and safe berthing for vessel arriving and sailing from the wharf.
• As soon as permission is given to board, meet the Chief officer or Captain to discuss and agree on the discharging plan / sequences. The vessel has the right to dictate to the terminal how the ship must be Dischard.
• Supervise the berthing of Ship at the Port and ensure the Ship berthing in safe condition
• Coordination with Agent, Vessel and Shipper about scheduling of ship and loading process
• Arrange JSA for loading and discharging at port Operation
• Make Safety Monthly report
• Supervise over than 10 Terminal Tank Operator for Filling, Bunker and Discharging activities
• Make a hazard report to our employee for safety during Filling, Bunker and discharging process
• Supervise Filling activity ( High Speed Diesel, Marine Fuel oil and Coustic Soda Liquid )
• As per Loading Master when the tanker ship berthing for discharging.
• As per Safety Incharge at Tank Terminal.
• Supervision bunker activity at jetty.
• Conduct of six Zero Safety target at Terminal.
• Manage Tank Terminal activity include safety working practice on Terminal
• Transformation operation into QA,HSSE controller, Cost controller, SOP and administration Controller, discipline.
• Delivery planning and make relation with costumer receiving person.
• Understand the clause and coverage insurance of tank terminal
• Proper safety equipment shall be used mandatory
• Routine and non routine job assessment mandatory
• Completion of work permits shall be done prior assessment
• Reporting system (Accident and monthly report )
• Monitoring PSO ( Public Service Operation
