• Preparation of Procedures and Standards as per international standards.
• Pre start up safety review (PSSR) for new plants , I have done successfully PSSR for Polypropylene and Polyethylene plants. I was assigned PSSR chairman for both plants. Polymer Plants were started successfully.
• Providing safety support to the Proponent Department such as Polymer Plants (PP, PE,HDPE &BTN-1) Utilities and Offsite Plants , MEG Plant, Ethane Cracker Plant and Marine areas.
• Worked as a ‘Acting Safety Specialist’ during absence of Safety Specialist and successfully handled all duties pertaining to Safety Specialist.
• Safety Audit of plants (Daily).
• Preparation of specifications for Safety Equipment including PPEs - for company as per international standards.
• Safety training to employees on safety awareness such as Work Permit System, Hazard Recognition, Safety Inspection etc.
• Conducting special Workshops on Work Permit System, Near Miss Reporting System and Traffic Safety Program for Employees and Supervisors for awareness among company employees.
• Preparation of Publication materials such as Safety News Letters, Safety Posters, Construction and Maintenance safety bulletins, Incident Alert, Near Miss Bulletin etc as a part of awareness.

o Worked closely with major Multinational PMCs (Project Management Consultants) during the implementation & commissioning of the petrochemical plants in Reliance Industries Limited, India and in Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical Company in Saudi Arabia.
o Received ‘High Performer Rating’ during the year 2005-06 in Reliance industries limited.
o Conducted Job Safety Analysis for the Polymer Chunk Removal Job from the Polymer Reactors under Nitrogen Atmosphere. Job was successfully completed.
