 Handling the rollout process starting from the R.F request and follow up the suppliers till the 3G site is on air
 Set the rollout monthly and weekly plan and follow the implementation of this plan.
 Ensure internally the applying of the rollout process.
 To build and update sites’ database and keep tracking of all sites
 Setting an acceptance plan for all integrations sites and following up till the site is accepted successfully and meets its objective.
 Follow up the supplier work orders tracking system.
 Set, follow and apply the rollout plan with suppliers and subcontractors.
 Facilitate and find solutions for any problems may delay the rollout plan.
 Create a feedback mechanism and review of all result, to communicate the end results to the concerned parties.
 Follow up the sites rollout internally and externally with all suppliers.
 Coordinate with other departments concerning the rollout plan and abide to the time schedule and monthly target.
 Handling the rollout process starting from the R.F request and follow up the suppliers till the links upgrades or installed.
