U04 – NGL Recovery
• Monitoring the construction progress in order to up-date Pre-Commissioning work.
• According to the actual construction progress/situation, to update piping system cleaning plan.
• Assists to make a plan equipment / piping cleaning (air blowing, flushing, steam blowing or other method), and other PMC work such as equipment boxing up, internals loading, run-in of mechanical equipment, refractory drying, system drying, tightness test, air freeing, etc.
• To prepare Method Statement, and review Method Statement prepared by Subcontractor.
• To make an instruction for Sub-contractor supervisors, and monitor / manage their work.
• Execute commissioning activities as per procedure and safety guidelines.
• Installation of Restricted Orifice Plate, Flow Element, and Strainer.
• To prepare for Hydro milling, air blowing, System drying and Air freeing activities.
• To check and sign-off PMC check sheet.
• To coordinate work between construction group, piping group and PMC group.
• To coordinate work between PMC group and subcontractor's PMC group.
• To make an instruction for Sub-contractor supervisors, and monitor / manage their work.
• To review punch list item and to kill punch list item.
• Ensures that safety and efficiency is carried-out during commissioning activities
