More then 14 years of plant operation experience in Oil & Gas and fertilizer industry in Pakistan and Brunei with world class companies like Brunei LNG Brunei, ENI Pakistan E&P Company, ENGRO Chemical Pakistan. I have experience of working as Shift Supervisory Level, Senior DCS Panel Operator and shutdown team leader. I have also experience of pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup activities. The integrated manufacturing unit consists of the following units.
€ Gas metering station
€ Liquefied Natural Gas Trains
€ C3 Refrigerant Compressor System
€ MCR Refrigerant Compressor System for LNG
€ Onshore Compression Plant
€ LNG storage and loading facilities
Responsibilities:
€ Operate the LNG plant and associate areas in a reliable, efficient and safe way by identifying abnormalities, diagnose and take corrective actions to remedy the problems.
€ Operate and fine-tune the plant operating parameters for optimum plant efficiency.
€ Adjust the field operating parameters for optimum plant efficiency, which will eventually reduce cost, most importantly making sure all units are operated within the design operating profile.
€ Train, coach and develop subordinates and trainees as an efficient and competent team.
Operation Turn around :
Closely working with Shutdown Coordinator and fully involve in the following activities during Major Shutdown of Trains and during overhauling of Machines &equipments.
€ Decommissioning, gas freeing, inerting and spading
€ Gas & oxygen testing to prepare vessels for entry.
€ Preparation of work permits and job hazard analysis
€ Preparation/documentation of spade lists of all equipments &
