Professional Experience
Providing the full range of human resources operational, advisory, and consulting support to department management, supervisors.
Responsible for implementation of Human Resource policies, programs, and procedures.
Provide all the required HR reports such as new hires, turnover, promotions, and transfers.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance.
Review, filter, screen new applicants CVs to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and conduct re-screening interviews.
-Determining the Training Need Analyses, Making Training & Development plans. -Coordinate with the providers (Training centers). -Evaluating the programs outcome & ensure its efficiency. - Clarifying the required KPIs for departments and employees.
Follow up and review the evaluation of the performance of the trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers and follow-up assessments of actual performance.
Supervise the process of performance appraisal for the company employees.
Utilize knowledge of HR data sources and strong computer skills to independently gather, prepare, and analyze data and information for various reports and summaries.
Working on the establishment and the maintenance of competitive programs like: Life and health insurance, pension plans.
Conduct salary surveys to determine competitive rate within the market.
Prepare budgets for personnel operations.
Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies.
Administer, direct, and review employee benefit programs, including the integration of benefit programs following mergers and acquisitions
Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current competitive within the market.
In cooperation with HR and Finance, establish budgeting guidelines for the different populations, countries and package components at the Group level (salary increases, allowances revision, bonus provisions)
Conducting Compensation KPIs include (Salary rate / sales turnover, Cost rate of workers compensation, Cost rate of social insurance, Cost rate of medical insurance, Cost rate of benefits, Average income per employee by month, Average income per employee by hour, Average income per employee by position)
