WORK EXPERIENCE :

Dec 2009 to Aug 2007 Six Construct Co. L.L.C Abudhabi, UAE
• Conducting daily STARRT Assessment
• Carryout the workplace inspections to ensure the compliance of project health and safety management system.
• Conducting safety induction and other health and safety training programs for all the new and/or old workforce and staff.
• Conducting General TBT once in a week to bring the health and safety awareness among the workforce.
• Preparing Daily HSE reports and submitting to the project management through the HSE manager.
• Carry out periodical examination of plant, Machinery, Tools and Equipment and Maintaining proper records for the same.
• Carryout Initial Accident/ Incident, Near miss and Dangerous Occurrences investigation and reporting to management through the HSE manager.
• Assisting in proper maintenance of all HSE related documents in order to meet ISO/OSHAS Standards.
• Ensure that all the prescribed HSE procedures have been followed during the process of construction activities in workplace.
• Ensure that the usage of Personal Protective Equipment and Clothing by the workforce, supervisors and visitors.
• Ensuring implementation of HSE policy and plan of the company at work site.
• Monitor selection, use and care of PPE and safety equipments.
• Ensuring Edge protection to all typical floors, i.e. Lift shafts, A.C duct shafts and all floor openings also edges of high rise buildings.
• Ensuring daily TBT (Tool Box talks) to all work force before they start the work.
• Periodical inspection of Tower Cranes and ensuring its worthiness.
• Inspection and audit for maintenance of Fire extinguishers.
• Prepare Safety reports and submit to the management as and when required.
• Schedule and conduct frequent training on all Safety related subjects for the work force.
• Develop Safe systems and positive Safety culture through out the company.
• Hosting HSE meeting and disseminate Safety information to all the personnel and encouraging positive and constructive attitude towards accident prevention.
• Communication of Safety messages through various media like Safety posters, Safety slogans and showing video tapes.
