„X Identifying, Analysing and Resolving Issues and problems related to
the Quality for Construction of oil & Gas and Petrochemical field.
„X Planning and Coordinating QA/QC activities, ensuring quality control
of the work according to contractual requirements.
„X Supervising the activity of QC Services Provider Inspectors ensuring
that it performed with due diligence.
„X Reviewing and approving Contractors Quality Documentation.

•Joint fit-up inspection and preparation inspection for RTR lamination and Adhesive joints.
•Under Ground and Above Ground inspection of RTR
•Inspection of LAMINATION JOINTS.
•Inspecting CURING OF JOINT for Thermo setting process.
•Inspection of ADHESIVE JOINTS.
•Verification of SURVEY REPORTS for U/G piping.
•Verification of TEST PACKS
•Witnessing Gravity Test of RTR PIPES
•Witnessing HYDROTEST OF FRP PIPES
•Dimensional inspection of Storage tanks.
•Weld visual inspection of Storage tanks, Pipes & Structural Works.
•Dimensional inspection of Pipes.
•Inspection for Tank Roundness.
•Inspection for Tank Peaking & Banding.
•Interpretation of Radiographic films.
•Witnessing all NDE examinations.
•PWHT and Hardness test.
•D.P. and Magnetic Particle Test.
•Profile Check for Surface Preparation.
