Joined the company as a SDT (Special Drilling Trainee), where I received my trainings on an a Land Rig working as an Assistant Floor man then as a Floor man then as a Derrick man within 12 months, Then I spend 12 months as an Assisstant Driller Trainee After which I become a qualified Assisstant Driller.
