From May 1997 till today working as PRODUCTION ENGINEER ( Finishing Area ) in MAHARASTRA SEAMLESS LTD. (A D.P. JINDAL GROUP COMPANY),at NAGOTHANE, (MAHARASHTRA).
a) Supervision of man power in Finishing Area and Threading Section.
(i,.e. CNC Coupling & CNC pipe threading m/c,PMC Threader m/c,
Coupling Screw Up m/c, Drifter m/c, Facer m/c, and Hydro Tester m/c. )
b) Working knowledge of FANUC Control with OT, 6T, 11TE and
programming & setting of cnc turning center as per given drawing of the job.
c) Responsible for controlling the production for maximum output.
d) Responsible for planning the production schedule for shifts.
e) Maintaining the ISO Manuals and planning the production.
Now presently working in PROJECT of 6" plant coming from ROMANIA
And looking servicing and repairing of m/c's in finishing area.
Eductation
Passed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Bombay Tech. Board, Nanded, in the year 1994 and secured First Class (62%).
