Provide technical assistance on the Instrumentation and Control area, required by the different organizations of the plant or project.

More than 12 years of experience Instrumentation and Control of industrial plants, with strong back ground in the Oil Refinery Industry. Certified Functional Safety Professional (CFSP # 120305 004) from the CFSE Governance Board-EXIDA, and Certified in Vibration Analysis Level I according to ISO 18436 from the UGMA (Venezuela). I have provided technical assistance leading on the Instrumentation and Control area required by the different staff of the refinery (Maintenance, Operations, and Projects).High experience providing assistance and troubleshooting in the field during plant start-ups, shutdowns and upsets. Attentive to detail with a methodically and analytical approach to solving complex problems. Performing of technical recommendations in order to solve instrument and control problems, realize root cause analysis in failures which involve multi-disciplinary skills. Support to projects in the refinery, performing and reviewing: Engineering documentation and drawings in the different phases (Conceptual, Basic, Details, Construction), commissioning and start-ups.
Experience with the engineering, installation, validation, commissioning and start-ups of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), with high knowledge of SIS of boilers, furnaces, turbines, compressors, rotating equipment and industrial plants of the Oil Refineries.
