•Perform Mass and heat balance, equipment design and rating.

•Participate in any revamp or PFCP (Process and facilities change proposal) in my assigned units through reviewing its related process design package (PDP).
•Revised the PDP of Delayed Coker licensor (CONOCO Phillips) and vendor (Technip/Italy) for my assigned unit expansion project (adding a third heater cell to the two existing ones to increase the unit capacity).
•Participate in any HAZOP in my assigned units, especially the last one with Technip/Italy and CONOCO Phillips for our Delayed Coker heater expansion project.
•Participated in pre-commissioning/ commissioning/ start-up activities staff of our delayed Coker expansion project and any approved process and facilities change proposal.
•Participated in I/O (input/output), loop and function tests activities staff of our delayed Coker expansion project and any approved process and facilities change proposal.
•Participated in risk based inspection RBI study for delayed Coker unit.
•Use standards and codes (API, ASTM, TEMA….. ETC) for monitoring, controlling, optimizing, selection, sizing, installation and maintenance of various equipments related to my assigned process units and
•Maintain a safe working environment with respect to the company regulations regarding health and safety.
