- Coordinating between company (Client), consultant and contractors.
- Searching earth work and civil contractors.
- Issuing tender for leveling and earthwork.
- Receiving study and analyzing proposals for leveling and earthwork.
- Comparing technical and commercial offers for leveling and earthwork.
- Negotiating leveling, soil improvement, tank foundations, directional drilling and civil contracts.
- Following up site land demarcation with municipality.
- Following up the leveling, soil improvement, tank foundations and earthwork on site and reporting the owner.
- Follow up leveling and earthwork commencement, bills, daily site following.
- Following up NOCs for (leveling, fence, telephone connection) for site with municipality, Electricity and Water, Armed forces, Etisalat and Emirates Gas.
- Preparing company expenses and expenses sheet.
- Following up employee’s tasks (engineers and administration)
- Following up company official documents and attestations, namely company License, share certification, certificate of incorporation, and article of incorporation and lease contract.
- Following up labor and resident visas for all company’s employees. Labor card, health card, health insurance.
- Following up to open bank account for the company.
- Issuing employee’s pass cards from Port of Fujairah.
- Coordinating with Port of Fujairah to connect the oil terminal with the port.
- Studying Rules for Top Side Facility Operations of Port of Fujairah.
- Studying lease contract of site land from Fujairah Municipality.
- Studying the contract between the company and Port of Fujairah.

I am currently working in Fujairah,UAE - as Project Coordinator and Public Relation in Oil Terminal – which under construction.

I am basically a Chemical Engineer -B.Tech with 5 years experience in UAE. I am looking for a change in my career.
