• Prepare claims and follow-ups with relevant supplier and various departments for credit
• Monitor expiration dates and mitigate any high risk inventory.
• Coordinate between relevant supplier, customer, warehouse and local veterinarian for product extensions.
• Monitor hold status and expedited corrective action to minimize static inventory.
• Reconcile receipt issues against Warehouse Management System (Exceed).
