My objective is to find a challenging environment where my competences can be put to the test, and at the same time exceeding my targeted job objectives.

In 2007 I read for Master of Business Administration at Wuhan University of Technology, as part of the on-going Ministry Manpower Development for two years. As part of my MBA programme I did a thesis research, where I found out “whether the introduced scarce skills allowance for certain cadres motivate the employees in the Botswana Public,” this is where I read and learned more about training and other motivation theories and its applications in the work –place.
In 2009 I was promoted to Principal Administration Officer (Training and Industrial Relations) Some of the core objectives I had to achieve is Processing of all Ministry Industrial issues and offer solutions, processing of part-time studies, processing of reimbursement and tuition fees, liaising with BOTA accredited institutions for accreditation of courses, making presentations and organizing training workshops for the Ministry employees.
In March 2010 I was appointed Private Secretary to the Assistant Minister albeit on a temporary basis until December 2010, where I learned a lot about government as a driver to the development of the private sector and a lot of issues pertaining to development and the role of Botswana Public enterprises in development of Botswana. Most importantly learned about the policy issues of government as a whole, like Government Priorities in forums like budget Pitso e.t.c. Also I was privileged to attend series of meeting where H.E the President was the guest of honour in Tati West Constituency in 2010. Furthermore I learned about speech writing and presentation. Last but not least It was important to my personal development because of the professionalism involved in every aspect of the job processing, should it be presentation, speech writing and also mingling with high profile people and the Public.
From 2009 up to September 2010 I worked for a Chinese company called Excellence, as an Interim General Manager which manufactures soap .The job, was on a temporary basis. One of the deliverables, include job-analysis, budgeting and recruitment and liasing with shareholders.
