Mechanical Engineering Intern

Advised and guided automotive Fuel Injection system calibration and repairs. Interact extensively with clients in order to provide high impact services. Conducted calibration of repaired fuel pumps and identifying and resolving potential issues.

• Worked on Mechanical Fuel Injector Pumps for diesel engines ranging from 35HP-230HP.
• Dealt with inspection of parts, identifying and recording faults, recommending repairs and replacement of parts.
• Conducted testing and calibration of fuel injection assembly on Test Bench with fuel inlets and adjustments sealed in accordance with company requirements.
• Calibration and Testing of injector nozzles for pressure according to manufacturer requirements.
