Job responsibilities:
• Work as one crew member (flight Attendant) helping for the safety of the plane and the passengers.
• Responsible to check all the standard aviation safety procedures for the plane is done properly.
• Receiving passenger's complaints and act resolve any complaints within any authority.
• Managing any critical situation on board (sick people or special cases).
• Responsible for selling duty free items on board as being senior flight attendant.

Achievements:
• Promoted to senior attendant ( 9/2002 till now ).
• Best achiever in quarter four 07 as a result of selling duty free items, achieved 20 % over target .

Job responsibilities:
• Responsible for selling pharmaceutical products.
• Understanding customer's [pharmacies ,hospitals] requirements and guiding the customers during the selling process and recommend different alternatives to sell .
• Ensured customers satisfaction by maintaining after sales service and effective follow up.
• Managing my territory to insure day to day coverage of any inquiry.
Achievements:
• Increase finance income (volume) in my area .
• Increase profits and stocking plan.
Met all monthly sales targets within year - on - year budget.
