Expert knowledge of claims management & dispute resolution in the US & International forums, including negotiating structured settlements with regulatory agencies and private constituents. Assisted in dispute resolution arising out of delay & acceleration, defective design & installation, unauthorized deviations, differing site conditions, loss of productivity, disruption, labor & material shortage, force majeure, bonding, warranties and insurance coverage.
Engineering practice areas encompass comprehensive planning, environmental impacts, civil design, procurement and contract administration for vertical & horizontal projects: grading and utilities, airport facilities, highway & railroad engineering, viaduct and tunnel construction, wastewater treatment and drainage facilities.
Established expertise in construction contract preparation under EJCDC, AIA and FIDIC frameworks: procurement administration, scope of work definition, specification and estimates, change order processing, payment requisition evaluation, project controls & cost recovery audits.
Excellent communication skills, ability to synthesize complex technical issues and deliver persuasive presentation to non-technical audience.
