Professional Experience
I have been working from since 27th July 1991 onwards contract basis in Onshore (Oil&Gas,Petroleum,Refinery) Plants like :- GAIL,ONGC,ESSAR,MOBIL PEEVEES COMPANY LIMITED etc. as ”FILLING OPERATOR”. The work involves Loading/Unloading of Pressurised Liquid Hydrocarbons like LPG,PROPANE,PENTANE,NGL,MFO Etc. in Bulk Tanker/Wagon Both Road/Rail as per plants Saftey Rules/Regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Perform Job functions necessary to safely and efficiently transferring liquid products.
2.Line up movements and load/unload wagons/trucks.
3.Obtain and record product temperature and levels in storage tank.
4.Perform all work in strict accordance with environmental,health&safety policies and
procedures.
5.Perform all work in strict accordance with operating policies,procedures,checklists and written instructions.
6.Climb tank stairs and wagon stairs to operate different types valves,gauges,meter,accuload,loading arms etc.
7.Unkeep of assigned equipment or tools.
8.Perform any other type of terminal functions as trained and as instructed by the supervisor.
9.Open and close different type valves by hand.

10.Perform miscellaneous clean up activities and other duties assigned by supervisor.
11.Must meet and maintain certification for use of PPE(personal protection equipment)as required by OSHA.
12.Must be able to work within confined spaces and at heights of up to 60 feet.
13.Must have the ability to work co-operatively with a team,take direction from supervisors,keep required work schedules,focus attention on details and follow work rules.
14.Ability to adapt to change in the work place.

ITC FITTER NCVT (1988-90) From “ Don Bosco Tech “ Vaduthala/Kochi.
