Training Coordination Officer (July 2009-present)
• Structuring & implementing the annual training plan
• Compile and analyze all the Training needs of Company staff.
• Contact the Training vendors to send their Training Plans & offers and insure updating company database.
• Handle staff Training with respect to their plan and any other approved development aspects
• Evaluate and select of the Training vendors with ensuring the high quality and cost effectiveness
• Interviewing and selecting instructors/ vendors to deliver in-house trainings
• Enhancing the training evaluation process by analyze the training evaluations to evaluate the vendors, follow up the effectiveness and the value added of the trainings on the employee
• Implementing the leadership development programs
• Review, analyze, determine and specify training programs with course duration, time, location, course fees.
• Participating in updating the professional skill matrix by position and by individual which reflects the required courses for each positions
• Supervising training administration process and managing some administrative issues ex.( overseas conferences and courses)
• Participating in updating company training procedures
• Develop and produce monthly training reports which reflects, budget, attendance, Mandays, etc..
• Planning and implementing the summer internship and fresh graduates programs
• Maintaining & updating the learning Management system ( LMS)
• Responsible for implementing a Training calendar to ensure timely communication of Training programs offered within the Company.
