-To advise and co-operate with management on matter related to occupational safety, health and environment under the Act and submit a related report.

-To assist the safety and health committee in any inspection of the workplace for the purpose of checking the effectiveness and efficacy of any measures taken in compliance with the Act and to avoid any hazard to human and facilities.

-Responsible for overall Lifting activities, safety procedures,Emergency Response Plan and First Aid and co-orperate with Safety Committee Members in HSE activities.

-To inspect the place of work to determine whether any machinery, guard, tools, equipment, appliance or process or any description of manual labour used in workplace liable to cause injury to any person.

-To ensure sub-contractor compliance with project HSE regulation. Consult and arrangement of heavy lifting mobilization and Conduct Heavy Lifting Equipment Inspections

-Monitor site daily safety inspection and lifting operation and Conduct in house rigging slinging course

-In charge of overall site safety, health and environment and report to Project Manager from MMHE

-Conduct 1 hour basic safety training for new workers and supervisors.

-Conduct safety coordination meeting with sub-contractor on PTW.

-Attend HSE weekly meeting and follow-up on safety walkabout findings issues.

-Monitor site daily safety inspection and daily safety patrolling.

-Conduct weekly meeting and toolbox talk.

-Commandant for fire and rescue team
