• Competent to plan, schedule and implement Petrochemical Plant shutdowns and start up, major equipment modifications /replacements etc. independently maintaining the jobs sites Safe and sound, for work in minimum possible time.


• Maintenance of all Rotating equipments in the Phenolics plant which produces Cumene (325 KTPA), Phenol (245 KTPA), and BPA(270 KTPA).

• Maintenance of Centrifugal compressors, API centrifugal pumps, Refrigeration packages, Centrifuges, Incinerators, Fin fan coolers, Blowers, Gear boxes, Agitators and Conveying equipments.

• Mechanical seal selection, Giving technical support for installation, trouble shooting and Selection and review of API seal flushing plans for centrifugal pumps. Conversant with all the seal flushing plans for centrifugal pumps.

• Online and Offline condition monitoring (using Bentley Niveda system) for critical rotating equipments and analysis of the vibration trend and giving recommendation to the maintenance team.

• Have good knowledge and experience in the different types of rotating equipment journal bearing and thrust bearing types, configuration and troubleshooting,

• NDT Testing of all static equipments and vessels
