Job description:
o Review and submit to partners and other stakeholders Joint Venture Report per the Joint Operating agreement and PSC.
o Prepare annual reports in compliance with IFRS/IAS and submit to Head Office.
o Supervise my team members who comprise of Accounts Payable & Joint Venture Reporting team. This at a time when the company was changing the accounting application software i.e. transferring from the SUN Accounting software to Oracle ERP system.
o Involvement in the Corporate Planning Process i.e. participate in meeting with Asset Managers, prepare forecast for 5 five years on the basis of current market price of sub-contractors for Seismic and Drilling activities, analyse the trend based on historical data and submission of all agreed (by Asset Managers) data to Head Office.

Job description:
o Involvement in the planning and budgeting of Sangu Operations activities annually. Monitoring and analyzing spend against budget quarterly over the year. The annual budget allocated for operating the Sangu Gas Plant is approximately $20mm with a 5% inflationary increase every year.
o Tracking and monitoring costs of projects such as Well Intervention, 2D Seismic, etc. as and when they arise. Play an active role in cost reduction techniques for future projects.
