Responsibilities
• 3D modeling & Design of Mechanical Structures used in ISRO’s ongoing and new projects by using 3D modeling software package
Pro-E Wildfire 5.0.

 Make a complete study of the problems indicating the need, aim or purpose for which the mechanical structure is to be designed.
 3-D Modeling & Design of Rocket structures, , Piping system components, Fluid flow control components like Special Valves, Pipe Fittings, Adaptors, Nipples, Special type of Interfaces, Supporting clamps, Engine components, Pipe & Tube routing, Mechanism design etc.
 Conducting Static & Dynamic Analysis.
 Virtual 3-D Assembly of the integrated propulsion stage to sort out assembly problems in advance and to optimize the stage configuration.
 Preparing Engineering Drawings for manufacturing and assembly of various components in rocket structures using Pro-E Wildfire 5.0, Solid Works 2010 & Auto CAD 2007
 Pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II
 Supervision of Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and
Instrumentation Diagrams etc.
 Drawings checking of other team members.

Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Cochin University of Science & Technology with First Class in 2006.

• Diploma in Mechanical CAD.
• Pipe Stress Analysis CAESAR II.

Thorough knowledge in Design Software Pro-ENGINEER Wildfire- 5.0, CAESAR II.
