Thru Tubing Workshop Supervisor

Seeking career as a Thru Tubing Workshop Supervisor or Similar position in the Oilfield Industry, preference for a Rotating position

8 years experience with the Thru Tubing/Coiled Tubing Tools in Various Companies in the Middle East Region. Presently working for a reputed Thru Tubing Company as a Workshop Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities Handled:
Prepare the Tool packages according to the Job proposals/Quote and make sure it been sending out for job on a timely manner.
Make all relevant documents for the Load outs, Material issues, BHA drawings, Invoices if required and other similar administrative forms.
Generate Purchase Requests for the Spares /Tools required for the day by day workshop activities/for the upcoming jobs.
Delegation of duties to Workshop Technicians, providing assistance and support where required.
Make sure everyone in the workshop following the Quality Standards and Procedures as per the Company Policy.
Ensure Machine Shop works are completed on time.
Keep an updated Inventory for Tools and Spares
Familiar with Milling and Fishing Tools, Cutting /Under Reaming Tools, Jetting/Washing Tools, Impact Tools, Hyd:Jar/Intensifiers, Surface Handling and Make up Tools, Debris Recovery Tools,Torque Unit etc…

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

ASNT Level 2

PC literacy
Knowledge of Fishing / Thru Tubing products
Ability to read Machine Shop / Assembly drawings
Ability to prioritize own workload and able to work off own initiative
Work experience gained within a similar position / working environment
