ľ Working with OXYGEN, PROPANE, NITROGEN, ARGON & CO Gas Networks API standard Class 300 Pressure above 40kg/cm2.
ľ Operation and Distribution of Gaseous Fuel and Balancing the Line Pressure and Flow with SCADA HMI.
ľ Maintenance of Buffer Vessels, Inspection and Vessel Pressure Testing.
ľ Maintenance, painting, cathodic protection and Inspection of Gas Network and valves.
ľ Supervising contractor labors and technicians with the safety and Standard Operating Procedures.
ľ Purchase Orders posting, invoicing using SAP and documentation,
ƒæ Have excellent knowledge on Cummins Diesel Engines used with compressors, POWER GENERATION DG set & Earth Moving Equipments (4 cylinder engines up to 16 cylinder engines ¡V 3 KVA up to 3MW DG Generators).
ƒæ Inspection, Health Check-up¡¦s, Warranty Inspection, Failure Analysis, Overhauling, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of Diesel Engines.
ľ Aware about Gas Safety and its Hazards and got Gas Safety Training and Rescue Training.
ľ Gas line shutdown and Positive Isolation.
ľ Safety Trainings and Auditing.
ľ Provide trainings and hazards awareness programs.
ľ Adding Kizen,s and Implementation.
ľ Making graphs Using the Quality tools Pareto , Histogram, Standard Deviation etc
