Ensure legal compliance of labor laws & regulations.
Plan, forecast and prepare Departmental financial budget annually.
Reviewing records and statistical reports concerning Manpower, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates, Budgets, cost sheets, Training records, Safety, Work orders, expenditure requests and Overtime, Graphs, Charts and Statistical tabulations which reflects Organization activities. performance appraisals and absenteeism rates.
Coordinate with line Department for Training & career development programs and OJT programs. Reviewing their training history records for rewarding them for exceptional per-formance.
Liaison with training vendor / institutes, Coordinate with them to have a successful outcome.
Develop the Departmental procedures, policies, work instructions, job descriptions, organi-zational structures, formats/applications etc. towards meeting the requirements of the Quality Management System
