Well Intervention Technician

Intervention and Operation in Wellhead (Oil & Gas Productors Wells, Gas & CO2 Injectors Wells).

• Checking and recording of wellhead pressures, leak testing of Xmas tree valves, gate valves, plug valves, ball valves, surface safety valves check/calibration, according to well line pressure, surface control sub surface safety valve(TRSSSV)
• Starting Gas filed opened Co2 injectors and gas productor wells.
• Star up and shut down and maintenance procedures of production Equipment.
• ERT (Emergency Response Team) member.
• Setting Wellhead Panel Halliburton Safety system for Surface automatic valves
• Taking gas and CO2 samples with ISOTUBES and HOOKS from wells.
• Interface with other service department staff to coordinate breakdown or routine maintenance work on wells, facilities and plants.
• Take effective action to control emergencies and contain hazards within area of responsibility.
• Report to Production Supervisor on status of daily activities and work progress.
• Maintain and update records on all lock open/lock close valves.
• Grassing of Cameron Valves wellhead.
• Inspection and check gas collectors.
• Isolation in Wellheads and flow line equipment.
• Interpretation and planning of shutdown and starting wells.
• Control of corrosion inhibitor pumps
