JOB RESPONSIBILIETIES:
Liaise with the Reservoir Engineering Department to obtain all data required in the design of the pipelines and topsides facilities.
Provide process input to the relevant sections of the Field Development Plan and the Design Basis Memorandum.
Manage all aspects of process detailed design and liaison with government agencies.
Ensure that all necessary aspects of process safety are defined in the Design Basis Memorandum and further ensure that these requirements are adhered to by the contractors during all phases of the design.
Attend process safety reviews as necessary, such as HAZOPS, and ensure that all agreed recommendations and changes resulting from such reviews are incorporated into the design.
Ensure that all applicable process related environmental regulations are followed by the contractors.
Provide process input and advice as required during the construction, commissioning and start-up phases of the project.
Attend weekly progress meetings with other members of the Development team and ensure that process problems and requirements that need input from other disciplines and departments are fully explained and expedited.
Preparing reports for facilitating decision making by Management.
Adhering high level of Safety & Quality according to standard.
Conducting routine safety audits according to HSS&E guidelines & procedure.
Handling proper documentation in SAP module & Quality records as per ISO 9001:2000

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical from Bharati Vidyapeeth’s College of Engineering, Pune; Affiliated to Pune University.
HSC from Nasik Board.
SSC from Nasik Board.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Successfully completed P.G DIPLOMA IN PROCESS ENGINEERING from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Kothrud, Pune.

CORE SKILLS:
Hands-on experience in all aspects of offshore gas field process engineering including process computer simulation, development of PFD's and P&ID's and equipment sizing and specification.
Hands-on experience of gas separation, drying, treating and compression and condensate and stabilization.
Familiarity with all process design safety requirements, including experience of HAZOP.
Familiarity with environmental aspects, including Risk assessment.
Excellent team spirit and capable of interacting effectively with other discipline engineers and with other departments such as Reservoir and Operations.
Material balance and Energy balance.
International Codes and Standard such as ASME, ASTM, API, BS.
Reactor sizing, Line sizing, Valve sizing.
