Professional Experience
Having more than 7 years experiences (Indonesia & Qatar) in Oil & Gas and Power Plant Project at EPC and Fabrication Company as QAQC Inspector, Welding Inspector, Material Engineer. Scope of work in inspection of production and erection pipe spool, pipeline, steel structure of RIG / Offshore Platform and Power Plant facilities, review P&ID, facilities acceptance line check inspection. Inspection for mechanical equipment and static equipment fabrication (Pressure Vessel, Column, Heat Exchanger, Air Cooler, Pig receiver/Launcher, Package equipment and storage Tank), and prepare Manufacturer Data Report (MDR). Other scope as supervision develops and reviewed procedure for quality management system (QMS), Fabrication Procedure, NDE procedure, painting-coating procedure, materials inspection and review mill certificate, WPS/PQR. Familiar with QA/QC document system and traceability record, ability with computer literate, familiar with standard related with oil & gas and power plant regulation. Familiar with government MIGAS and DEPNAKER regulations as certification authorizes (CA).
