To achieve the position of Project Control Manager with Oil & Gas Operating companies

Approx 9 years experience in Project Planning, Cost Control ,Estimation and proposals ,Scheduling at all levels, Monitoring, Tracking, Critical activity analysis, Forecasting, Look ahead schedules, Productivity analysis, Progress % S Curves, Turn around Schedules, System completion & Commissioning schedules, verification and certification of physical progress, identifying the area of concerns impacting the progress and schedule of project and advising the management on proposed corrective action. Identifying the critical and sub critical activities of the project and to analyse their impact on overall completion schedule, considering the actual status and trend. Reviewing the resource deployment by contractors for determining their adequacy for meeting the schedule and to recommend enhancement required. Evaluating Invoices & claims on extension of project schedules made by contractors and to make appropriate recommendations for management approvals. Identifying well in advance the bottlenecks in achieving the planned progress and to propose corrective action to recover & minimize slippage.
