Make Preventive Maintenance , Repair Major and Minor problems occur during rig operation, Troubleshoot problems occur during operation (Hydraulic ,Pneumatic ,CAT Main engines ,Centrifugal pumps..etc.etc) on Chinese made rig (HONG HUA) mechanical drilling equipment I.E. Draw works ,Mud Pumps ,Rotary Table ,Rotary transmission ,Kelly ,Top Drive ,Travelling Block ,Choke Control ,Anchor Winch ,Pneumatic Control valves on Drillers cabin, H.P.U. Unit, B.O.P. Lifter ,Main Engines ,Rig Air Compressors(Quincy ,Sullair or Ingersoll Rand),Air dryer ,Cold Start Compressor Kitchen M/Cs for camp,Centrifugal pumps ,Mud Agitators ,Shale Shakers(Derrick ,Brandth),Degasser Compressor ,Choke manifold ,Accumulator Unit(Koomey , CAD),High Pressure Washer ,Light plants and Forklift ,etc. Well familiar on Cyber Chair Rig (touch screen and joystick).Knowledge on computer maintenance reporting (monthly PM”s) I.E., and MAXIMO (KDC Maintenance).
Note: my rotation now is 56 days onduty(in Kuwait)and 28 days offduty (in Egypt)

Role:
• Following up minor and major repairs, and maintenance of equipment as per
manufacturers specs and safety regulations and standards.
• Ensuring co-operation between Engineers, Supervisors and manual workers
• Planning work and solving daily problems to reduce down time
• Issuing and following up material requisitions, for equipment
• Evaluating and controlling the operation of special and diagnostics

• Providing technical data, prices, comparisons, availability and submitting recommendations.

2004 Bachelor (Bsc.) in Mechanical Engineering from Engineering College,
