• One month training in Uhde Germany offices. Specific Training in following area of oil and gas refining projects
o FEED, EPCM, EPCC – LSTK Projects.
o Open book Estimation for CDU of Soukhna Refinery & Petrochemicals Co. Egypt.
o Basic Engineering of Diesel HDS/HDA project of Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas AD Bulgharia & Oil refining project in Poland & Uhde Morphylane technology project carried out in South Africa.
o Vendor Evaluation/selection.
o Procurement and Project Management.
o Codes And Standards Related To Process Engineering.
• Process Simulation of Ammonia, Hydrogen plants by using Aspen Hysys.
• Development of Ammonia plant wide heat loss models using HYSYS and flow regime determination using ASPEN.
• Design of Fired Heater.
• Preparation of heat and mass balance of Ammonia plant.
• Commissioning support of Calcium Ammonium Nitrate (CAN) and Nitric Acid plants of Fatima Fertilizers.
• Suggested and finalized various modifications for Dawood Hercules and FFBL Ammonia plants for capacity enhancement & reduction of energy consumption during Revamp studies.
• Preparation/Evaluation of Technical and Commercial ITB’s of oil and gas refining projects.
• Evaluation and Selection of Contractors on the basis of technical and commercial capabilities for Diesel HDS projects in Pakistan.

B.E Chemical Engineering (4 Years)

One month training for oil and gas EPCC projects at Uhde GmbH Germany.
