Africa terminals Oil Loss mentoring & product controls

1. Supervising and controlling terminal product inventory and stock variation.
2. Review the receipt of product regarding quantities according to the monthly supply quota agreements.
3. Coordinate with refinery / pipeline company receipt timing and daily pumping program.
4. Supervising terminal operators (Gaugers) to ensure accurate product measurement in accordance with terminal procedures, PCM and company guidelines.
5. Investigate any deviation resulted in the monthly terminal reports (KPI's, PV, monthly and daily DPSR reports and monthly bulk reconciliation)
6. Ensure accurate calculations and procedures are deployed covering TT Receipts Variation.
7. Conduct and maintain order entry - supply, move of products.
8. Acting as user Requisitioned in SAP system.
9. Investigate any deviation resulted in the monthly terminal reports (KPI's. PV, ...)
10. Maintain plant meters in SAP system for segregation of duties.
11. Monitor tanks dips / movement through TIMS daily operational report.
12. Ensure product receipt certificate includes water dip and stock calculation on SAP.
13. Ensure water draw off procedures after Receipt (if required) is performed in accordance with terminal procedures.
14. Review, analyze, records transactions, move products, product quality data, Hand over logs, Equipment testing and Fault reports.
