 Responsible for System integration, start-up, commissioning and trouble shooting of Daniel Products (Ultrasonic Flow meters for Gas & Liquids, Control valves, Turbine meters, Gas chromatograph, Flow Computers, Junior & Senior Orifice Fitting) at Company workshop and Customer locations.
 Extensive experience of installation, calibration and commissioning of high tech analytical & process control instruments like Gas Chromatographs, Various type of flow computers / meters, transmitters etc for Oil & gas metering.
 Flow computers interface with USM, GC and SCADA/RTU using MODBUS protocol. Installation & Troubleshooting of HMI (GE Fanuc).
 Developing the logic in Flow computers by using SQL to execute the required applications to meet customer requirements.
 FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) & SAT (Site Acceptance Test) co-ordination with customers and consultants.
 Communication of Laptop/PC via ADAM Module to USM/GC
 Knowledge of Relevant AGA, GPA, ASTM & ISO Standards associated with Fiscal and Custody Transfer Metering Systems for Oil & Gas Measurement.
 Prepare the Reports in Flow Computers and Gas Chromatographs as per customer Requirement.
 Fault finding and trouble shooting of metering instruments at site/factory.
