I am an Engineering Professional With NACE Certified Coating Inspector Level – 1 & 2, having an experience totaling to 15 years experience in diversified field consisting of Quality Assurance / Quality Control , Painting / Coating / Insulation and Refractory lining Supervision and Inspection activities in major industries like Petrochemicals, Refineries, Liquefied Natural Gas Refinery, Power plants, pipe coating, coating of cross country pipe lines and pipeline laying. A seasoned professional with extensive progressive experience in planning, executing and spearheading Quality control, Supervising and Inspection activities. Deft in swiftly executing the projects with competent cross functional skills and ensuring on time deliverables. Undertaking initiatives and modifying / enhancing existing system / process to escalate productivity and generate cost saving. Functional knowledge in Painting / Coating / Hot and Cold Insulation / Refractory / Fire-proofing / Fiber Glass lining / Special coating like Belzona and Passive Fire-proofing paint application (In tumescent Paint) /Fusion Bonded Epoxy / Three layer Polyethylene coating/ Pipe internal coating and lining/Shrink-sleeve application / Field joint coating and external wrap coating for cross country pipeline, Gas oil, fuel Storage tanks painting, etc Conversant in Refractory material selection, execution and Quality control for Refractory installation work at various sectors of industries taking like Steel, Cement, Petroleum Refineries & Oil Gathering Centers, Petrochemical &Chemical Plants in INDIA and in MIDDLE EAST Countries.
