 Job Title: Calibration Engineer.
 Job Responsibilities:
 Working as a team leader of two technicians at least to perform filed calibration of:
• Upright cylindrical tanks.
• Horizontal tanks.
• Spherical tanks.
• Ocean ongoing and coastal barges (tanks and meters).
• Proving tanks and master meters.
 Calibration and maintenance of any kind of flow meters (Positive displacement, Turbine, Electromagnetic, Coriolis).
 Instruments calibration (Pressure transmitters and gauges, Temperature transmitters and gauges, weight scales, Pressure relief valve).
 Using different methods of calibration (tank proving, meter proving, gravimetric method, liquid calibration, electro optical distance ranging using total station instrument, tanks strapping, optical reference line method).
 Creating field calibration reports and calibration certificates.
 All calibration methods, reports and certificates are performed according to API Standards.

 Coordinating with the Industry modernization center IMC.
 Creating reports about production line stoppage durations, production follow-up, production rate, variances between actual production and forecasted demand, production trend, forecasting demand trend and labor turnover to be presented to the chairman as a feedback system and decision supporting.
