• Perform day-to-day and special request activities (routine and non-routine). Includes preparing samples received from Operations, carrying out tests following standard test procedures.
• Creating formulation for the products on customer demand.
• Doing all kind of tests for the blending oils, giving suggestions to blending operator, giving approvals to packing department.
• Maintain the ISO-14001& ISO 9001, ASTM and API procedures.
• Doing tests on used oil from the international clients and suggest them for the required action to take depends upon the test results.
• Reports routine test results in the system after the laboratory manager confirmation.
• To make sure that all lab equipments that are in the lab are calibrated as per the calibration schedule and ready before using.
• To ensure that each test performed conforms to its Standard Test Method.
• Doing annual auditing for the stocks such as Raw materials and produced products.
