In over 20 years of activity , I have accumulated a great experience in managing employees teams ( up to 44 workers )

1998 - 01 2011 Maintenance service
Position: Oxygen plant and compressors unit supervisor

Oxygen plant: I supervise all activities in the oxygen factory:
- process of production (cryogenic cycle)
- storage in cryogenic tanks
- distribution of oxygen, including oxygen filling station, for other customers
- maintenance equipment for production of oxygen (air compressor, air separation column, valves, pressure vessel etc.) and facilities for its distribution.
- repair and checking oxygen cylinders in accordance with ISCIR procedures
- prepare procedures and work instructions specific to oxygen plant

Compressor air station: I supervise all activities in the compressors station:
- producing compressed air ( 300 mc/minute)
- air distribution in the factory
- maintenance equipment – compressors, valves, pressure vessel, heat exchangers, air distribution network, and water circulation pumps for cooling
- prepare procedures and work instructions specific to compressors station

I have great experience in maintenance air separation, valves, pressure vessels, piston compressors, centrifugal compressors, screw compressors, water pumps and compressed air distribution networks.


1998 – 2004 I coordinated production in acetylene station and maintenance for transportation equipment


1992 – 1998 Inspector AQ/QC: I worked in a quality assurance department.
- prepared procedures and work instructions for welding workshop.
- participated to preparation Quality Assurance Manual, ISO 9001 (1992-1993)
- final inspection of valves, together with inspectors from customers (1994 -1998)

1989 -1992 Welder engineer
I coordinated a team of welders who used MIG / MAG and welding with electrodes processes
