Excecution of all pipeline construction activities such as stringing , laying , welding, tie in, pigging and hydro test etc. for PDO AND QP

Field of Experience : Over 18 years of experience in PDO Oil field as CONSTRUCTION SUPREINTEND.
: GALFAR ENGINEERING CONTRACTING & Qatar petroleum onshore pipeline
:hook up installations and several dia and thick of cross country pipe lines were done
Experienced in all mechanical jobs such as welding , piping ,pipeline related jobs (both Oil & gas).
Also experienced in Hydro test preparation, as built Preparation etc.
Experience in the supervision of under ground pipelines, More than 100 lines were done.
Experience in the construction of Oil flow lines of different sizes, has done 7Km 6” Oil line, 35Km 16” Pipeline, Gas lines Etc.
Having experience in the construction of Well Hook up and other related jobs.
Having experience in the field of Pre-fabrication, cold cutting of pipelines, Hydrotesting jobs, shut down Jobs Etc.
Close involvement in fabrication, testing, painting & coating, erection, pre-commissioning & servicing of on plot piping,
pipelines, pressure vessels, storage tanks, GRE piping, HDPE lining etc.
Monitor/Supervise the total Pipe line construction activities such as Pipe line Survey, Right of Way, Trenching, Procedure/
Performance qualifications, Stringing ,Pre / Post padding, Lowering, Road crossings, Package preparation, Pigging, Hydro
testing etc.
Monitor all painting & coating activities – paint system checks, surface preparation, priming, painting& coating activities for
new and existing facilities.
Performing and evaluating the required tests and documenting all necessary quality records for the same.


► Hydro-testing,Pre-commissioning&Commissioning of pipeline
► Hydro-testing of on-plot piping including pre-commissioning
► Plant Piping Fabrication,Structural Fabrication and Erection,Execution & Inspection of . . welding,Spool & Loop Clearance
► Execution of Windows Project Completion System (WIN PCS)
► Execution and QA/QC work of Cross Country Pipeline including Terminal Piping and all
Documentation works.
► Preparation of Isometric Drawings(As built) and Pipe-Book
► Equipment Erection
► Resource Planning like Manpower and Machinery
► Execution of Project within Budget
► Fabrication & Execution of Terminal Piping

I am having the good exposure in onshore Construction activities such as Fabrication and erection of on plot piping and structural’s, flow lines, cross country pipelines, DSS (Duplex Stainless Steel) buried pipelines, several different diameter Lines etc. completed above expectation of client. Keeping valid Indian, & Oman driving licenses. During my service, I had worked more than 16 years at abroad ( Oman PDO and QATAR QP Oil / Gas Fields.) in/with clients such as QP, PDO , ORC and OMAN ,Qatar driving licence holder
Presently I am working QATAR, GALFAR ALMISNAD POSITION CONSTRUCTION SUPRENDEND [ I am ready to immedieate moblize if get good opportunity][ NOC available from previous company for visa purpose for Qatar]
