1)Control Systems Service Engineer for Yokogawa Services Saudi Arabia(YSSA) from July 2012 to present:
•Involved in Preventive maintenance and life-cycle maintenance for Yokogawa control systems.
•Implemented hardware/logic modifications and graphic modifications
•Extensive experience in engineering of Centum CS3000 and Centum VP.
•Human Interface Station (HIS) replacement and error rectification.
•Installed and commissioned Fieldbus devices and integration.
•Worked with Profibus, Modbus and HART protocol field devices.
•Worked on Prosafe RS ESD systems.
•Utilized scripts for data collection, analysis and data segregation.
•Well experienced with tools like VMware and Putty.
•Installations included most Saudi Aramco plants and SABIC plants and many other private petrochemical companies.
•Reported to the Lead Services Engineer.
2)Instrumentation Supervisor for GAS Arabian Services, Jubail for PETROKEMYA and SAFCO from March 2012 to June 2012 :
•Involved in working with Digital Governor Controls (CCC), PLC systems, Distributed Control systems and Vibration Monitoring systems.
•Involved in working with conventional pneumatic & electronic instruments, sensors and transmitters.
•Completed functional checks and Interlock Checks on ESD and DCS systems.
•Performed testing & calibration of transmitters using HART communicator.
3)Application Engineer for M/S Blue Horizon Automation Solutions from August 2010 to November 2011:
•Involved in providing automation solution projects for customers and following up on the site installations.
•Performed modifications and troubleshooting of completed projects for clients.
•Worked on Omron Sysmac CPMxx controllers.
•Worked on Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1200 and SLC-500,participated in FAT, SAT, Installation and Commissioning
•For L&T- Modernization of the navigation system for two 10,000 ton sand barges in Ennore port. Controller used Omron Sysmac CPM2A.
4)Technical Support Executive for DELL-Sutherland Global Services from November 2009 to June 2010:
•Involved in troubleshooting DELL branded computer systems and laptops.
•Worked on a range of operating systems and associated programs according to requirement to debug and streamline their functioning.
•Customers handled were from the US and Canada sales base.
