Procurement Project Manager
Charged with delivering a national project for the Fire and Rescue services in tendering for the next generation Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE) for UK fire-fighters and uniforms. In broader terms, my duties include:

• requirements gathering;

• compile papers produced by Board Meeting;

• compliance checking with framework agreement;

• actively monitored risks & issues management and updated Business Case;

• project planning and budget management;

• provided file management documentation using SharePoint, and contributed to appropriate filing for subsequent project auditing;

• actively lead, and supported appropriate work packages and co-ordinated and monitored activities associated with deliverables;

• project planning, tracking resource management and report writing;

• risk & issue monitoring/management;

• Secretariat for Project Board.
I was commended for putting together a Project Management structure and governance which has been put forward for use as precedent for the entire Authority, and was considered as excellent by the external audit commission.
Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust: Sep 2004 – 2nd Sept 2006
I was part of a small project team working on system implementation projects and enhancement within the IT and health lines. I was solely responsible for co-ordinating and managing all electronic pathology messaging and communications to General Practitioners (GP), where I had to ensure a knowledge management library was in place. The success of these assignments was a result of careful planning, attention to detail and good team work.

Was part of a small team tasked with validating the data migration from legacy business applications to new system. In particular, I was responsible for auditing the technical solution for end to end data migration processes. Very good Total Quality Management (TQM) was achieved. This task was achieved with Remedy call logging system.
T- Mobile: Aug 1997 – Sept 2001
System Analyst on 1st and 2nd line support. I was responsible for logging user problems using Remedy and resolving those that could be done before escalating to 2nd line support.
