• Part of the ¡°urgent maintenance squad¡± trouble shooting and problem solving urgent issues - The Maintenance and Installations of different plant Machines such as, Induction Furnace, Electric Cranes, Sand-Core preparation plant, shakeout machine, Shot Blast machine, Dedusting system, Hydraulic-Pneumatic systems, Hoisters, Chiller pumps etc.
• Installation and maintenance of Switch Gears, SCADA and PLC Systems.
• Handled different projects simultaneously and integrated schedules ensuring co-ordinations of multiple installations and developments such as the Product A line , an automated lubrication system(increased life span by about 100%) and a vacuum system that reduced the damage and an equipment handling system.
• Organize the preparation and the execution of commissioning activities pertaining to project phases (pre-shutdown and shutdown activities).
• Supported production capacity increased from 600 tons per month to 900 tons per month and assist with the new product convertible project.
• Worked on continuous improvement projects mainly with in Plant.
• Provided technical support for PLC controlled pneumatic and Hydraulic process.
• Giving the effective and efficient provision of Electrical engineering in support of modifications to the production Prioritization, planning of Electrical engineering activities.
• Controlled contract services, maintenance and refurbishments.
• Reduced cost on productivity, direct materials, energy and quality improvements.
• Meet scheduled activities on time.
• Identified facility downtime / throughput inefficiencies and implemented improvement plans.
• Performed a key role in ISO 14001 certification.
• Provide technical support for touch screen system development and system modifications.
• Identify spares.
