Verification of invoices, forecasting against annual budgets, producing a contract cost report etc. Executing Cost Control for both Contract and In house management costs, carrying out cost Risk Analysis and management reserve utilisation (contingency), producing estimates as required and annual budgets, controlling Contractors reimbursable manpower and all related services, ensuring all contractors invoices are verified before submission for payment and are fully in compliance with administrative contractual requirements, providing services including assistance during contract preparation, bid evaluation, contract administration and verification of contractual payments.
