¬ Experience in Engineering, Selection, Estimation, Inspection, Survey and evaluation of the plant coating condition and recommendations, Specifications Preparation for Protective Coatings, Painting.System Assessment & Monitoring of surface protection for Onshore Equipments, Piping, Plants, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Structures etc.¬
¬ Carrying out inspections, analyzing and assessment of painting and coating systems in the industry Conversant with international standards like ISO,SSPC & NACE. Familiar with the inspection tools & equipments i.e. Elcometer DFT Gauge, Whirling Hygrometer, Dew Point Calculator, Steel Temperature Gauge, Wet Comb Gauge, Surface Profile Tester, Surface Adhesion Equipment, Holiday Detector, Surface Profile Comparator, Salt Contamination Test(SCM 400) ,Gloss meter,
Pull of Adhesion Test, Cross cut adhesion test, Wave scan meter, Pencil hardness,
Cyclic corrosion test, Salt spray test, Spectro photometer, Gas Liquid chromatography, Paint curing test etc.
¬ Experience in the inspection of Fireproofing insulation, Refractory and specialized coatings like FBE coatings and Hot dip galvanizing etc.
