HSE COORDINATOR MANAGERER
LIBYAN CANADIAN DRILLING COMPANY Ltd, member of SNC LAVALIN GROUP / MIDROM TRADING Co, ROMANIA
– Assure and verifies implementing and compliance with SNC LAVALIN’s Corporate Policies regarding HSE regulations and ensures all necessary records are maintained and prepared according to guidelines;
– Performing, managing, developing, implementing and monitoring of LIBYAN CANADIAN DRILLING Company’s (as part of SNC LVALIN Group) HSE Policies, procedures and objectives;
– Act as internal consultant and advisor towards Company’s top management in all HSE issues;
– Direct activities necessary to ensure that the compliance with all local, state and environmental and safety regulations;
– Serve as a contact for HSE matters for the Company;
– Act according the HSE Management Systemof ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Standards;
– Coordinate HSE failure investigation and verify effectiveness of corrective actions implemented;
– Prepare tender’s documentation for HSE section;
– Hazards and Risks Assessments, for all activities carried by the Company;
– Prepare required reports regarding HSE, according with Corporate and Company’s requirements;
– Develop, coordinate and deliver HSE Training Policies and educational program, as needed, for all Company’s Projects;
– Deliver HSE Induction and Orientation Training to new employees, as well as contractors employees;
– Management of HSE Performance initiatives, Best Practices, Behavior, Safety Process and Workplace Health Programs;
– Section HSE audits and inspections: schedule and completion; supports and/ or conducts internal HSE audits and assists on external HSE audits; monitor compliance with measures adopted as a result of previous Safety, Fire protection, and Environment audits; coordinate the implementation of HSE inspection program; track audit and inspection findings and communicate progress toward closure
– Section Personal Protective Equipment Policy: needs analyzes, equipment provider choosing);
– Coordinate the investigations of HSE Incidents and Accidents;
– Activities according with ERP.
