• Turnkey projects worked upon : Eureka Forbes Pvt Limited(Rs 7 Crore);Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited having India’s biggest 3 basement floors about 60 feet (Rs 40 Crore);Kongsberg Maritime Pvt Limited (Norway based shipping company)(Rs 20 Crore).
• Ensuring the quality of design documentation and materials through out design process.
• Worked as communicator between our project team and architect and analyzing necessary technical specifications.
• Rechecking design calculations for drawings assigned from architect together with Project Manager.
• Assigned work into members, managing a team of 2 junior engineers and 4 supervisors and accomplished the execution work for project designs to make sure about delivery to design time quality and budget.
• For construction work and site work, responsible for acting as site and project supervisor.
• Reviewing of contract drawings and documents for construction projects including interior work also.
• Daily progress report at site and coordinating with client, architect and subcontractors and reporting same to Project Head.
• Scheduling and planning of the events and activities involving structural design, HVAC, Flooring, Ceiling, Plumbing.
• Organizing of the specific budgets and bills on site for our firm and maintaining the same.
